My educational background includes the successful completion of all coursework in relating to an undergraduate degree in Management/Accounting from Wesley College and Masters of Business Administration/Finance from California State University. My educational background has provided me with a deep understanding of economics principles and financial concepts that enable me to better assist both buyers and sellers with real estate-related decisions. I also possess a thorough understanding of the secondary markets which can greatly impact both home pricing and mortgage rate levels.
A portion of my experience in the financial services industry includes providing oversight to a variety of mortgage related areas. As a result, I am extremely familiar with the wide variety of mortgage products offered in the market place, as well as the details that go into successfully processing and underwriting mortgage loans.
